Menu Systems Analyst – POS, Kiosks & Delivery

Job summary

Inspire is seeking a seasoned Technology Menu Management professional to own kiosks, POS, and delivery menu configurations. You will manage menu items, item exceptions, promotions, discounts, and custom configurations while coordinating with IT, Digital, Operations, and vendors.

You will ensure system stability and availability across delivery platforms, partnering with ItsaCheckmate for third-party menu updates and acting as SME for POS configurations and online ordering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years combined point of sale use & administration experience
• Minimum 2 years cross-functional SME experience with ownership of sub-projects
• Inventory management expertise required
• Familiarity with the project life cycle
• Clear and concise communication across all levels of the organization
• Ability to meet deadlines and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and vendor relationships

Responsibilities

• Administer approved menus & prices on NCR Aloha and Altametrics platforms
• Partner with Digital, Operations, Marketing to define best practices for Delivery, Online Ordering, and Loyalty platforms
• Provide escalation support for POS, online ordering, and 3PD integrations
• Perform QA to ensure production updates are stable
• Liaise with ItsaCheckmate for third-party delivery menu updates
• Serve as SME for POS and online ordering configurations
• Develop documentation and training for IT/Service Desk staff
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather requirements for tech programs
• Plan and multitask to meet aggressive deadlines and maintain organization
