Job summary

NAYA is seeking a Menu Systems & Digital Operations Manager to own our menu architecture across POS, digital channels, and third‑party delivery. You’ll manage integrations, ensure accurate routing and pricing, and lead QA for launches with a builder’s mindset.

You’ll move quickly, maintain data integrity across Toast, Lunchbox, Checkmate, and online ordering, and onboard new locations with consistent configurations. Strong analytical skills and restaurant operations background are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in menu configuration and POS management for multi-unit restaurants.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, information systems or hospitality a plus.
• Experience with digital ordering platforms and third-party integrations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize menu architecture across POS, digital ordering, and third‑party partners.
• Lead QA testing for launches, updates, and limited-time offers.
• Onboard new restaurant locations with accurate data and consistent configurations.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Finance teams to ensure alignment.
