Job summary

Inspire Brands' Buffalo Wild Wings Technology Menu Management Team in Atlanta seeks a specialist in Kiosks, POS & Delivery to build and manage menu items, exceptions, promotions, discounts, and custom configurations. You will liaise with internal teams and digital vendors to ensure reliable delivery platform operations.

Qualifications

• 4-Year degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years combined point of sale use & administration experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of cross-functional project team SME Experience, including ownership of sub-projects and activities required.
• Inventory management expertise is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer menus and prices on NCR Aloha/Aloha Menu; Altametrics, MBDP, RAP.
• Collaborate with Digital, Operations, Marketing on Delivery and Online Ordering platforms.
• Provide escalation support for POS, online ordering, and 3PD integrations.
• Perform QA to ensure smooth production updates.
• Serve as SME for POS Menu Configuration and ItsaCheckmate 3PD relationship.
• Develop documentation and training for IT/Service Desk staff.
• Coordinate with teams to gather requirements for technology programs.
• Plan and multitask to meet deadlines; maintain organized systems.
• Other duties as needed.
