Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Atlanta is seeking an Analyst - Menu Management (POS) to join the Technology Menu Management Team. You will build and manage menu items, item exceptions, promotions, discounts, coupons, and custom configurations for in-store POS systems.

The role requires collaboration with Digital, Operations, and Marketing, ensuring system stability, high availability, and optimized use of hardware and software resources.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with enterprise software systems, business applications, or technology platforms.
• 2 years of cross-functional project team experience, including ownership of sub-projects.
• Experience with POS, inventory, menu management, or related business systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer menus and prices on NCR Aloha and related platforms.
• Configure menus and promotions across Altametrics and IDP/DAP.
• Collaborate with Digital, Operations, and Marketing to implement delivery and loyalty features.
• Provide escalation support for POS, online ordering, and 3PD integrations.
• Perform QA to ensure updates deploy correctly to production.
• Liaise with ItsaCheckmate for third-party delivery menu updates.
• Act as SME for POS and online ordering configurations.
• Develop documentation and training for IT staff.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional rollout of technology programs.
• Utilize Jira/Confluence for project management and collaboration.
