Galt House Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Down One Bourbon Bar and the restaurant’s daily operations. You will direct front and back of house staff, maintain service standards, and ensure food safety and guest satisfaction throughout all shifts.

Qualifications

• 5 years restaurant management experience.
• Must be ServSafe certified.
• Front-of-house customer service and host/bar experience.
• Bachelor's in hospitality or hotel/restaurant management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance.
• Manage costs, inventory, and labor to optimize profitability.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality across all stations.
• Lead staff training, scheduling, and adherence to standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints to maintain service excellence.
• Coordinate with the Chef on daily specials and inventory planning.
