White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations at our high-volume properties in Austin, TX. You will coach the team, ensure seamless service, and uphold WLW standards to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Your background in hospitality leadership, strong organization, and customer focus will help us maintain top service levels while fostering a collaborative, guest-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong organization, planning, and team development skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.
• Excellent customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds and move between hot and cold environments as needed.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring all service standards are consistently met.
• Lead by example and assist associates during service to maintain a hands-on and guest-focused approach.
• Implement and uphold all WLW training, certification materials, and scenography standards.
• Monitor dining times, seating rotations, and shift capacities to ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule and manage associates according to staffing guides and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate associate documentation, performance reviews, and REX/RAP evaluations.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of hospitality through consistent communication and coaching.
