Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead food and beverage operations at a premium hotel restaurant in Austin.

You will own the P&L, drive profitability, and develop a high-performing team across multiple meal periods in a high-volume setting. Reporting to the hotel leadership, you will partner with the Executive Chef and beverage team to ensure menu quality, guest satisfaction, and seamless service across all shifts, with a focus on guest experience and growth

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading restaurant operations in high-volume, full-service settings.
• Ability to own P&L, labor, and food costs with a track record of profitability.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a focus on guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of hotel restaurant operations with seamless service across meal periods.
• Recruit, direct, and develop a team of managers and front-of-house staff.
• Drive performance through systemized processes, standards, and hospitality protocols.
• Own the restaurant P&L, budgets, labor, food costs, forecasting, and revenue initiatives.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and beverage team on menu quality and wine program.
