Qualifications

• Proven experience in upscale casual table service restaurant environment.
• Leader­ship in training and coaching, reinforcing service standards.
• Excellent communication skills for team development and driving positive customer interactions.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment; basic math skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and supervise team members to support positive customer interactions.
• Will train, coach, and reinforce service standards.
• May assist with scheduling to ensure proper coverage daily.
• Ensure all daily tasks are completed, following guidelines and checklists as needed.
• Ensures the team has the tools and knowledge needed to perform their job.
• Actively communicates with the back of the house for smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Reports any safety or health concerns.
• Assists guests with questions, concerns or needs.
• Assist with any area of the restaurant as needed.
