Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. This role leads restaurant staff, ensures service standards, and upholds our hospitality culture across 200+ locations.

You will open/close shifts, coach team members, and resolve guest requests with professionalism. We offer comprehensive benefits and a focus on career growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches restaurant staff.
• Directs and assigns restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards.
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times.
• Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
