Schulte Hospitality Group in Baton Rouge is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our service-focused team. You will supervise and coach restaurant staff, direct shifts, and ensure service standards are met while delivering a positive guest experience.

This role requires a minimum of a high school education and at least two years of restaurant or bar leadership experience; bartending certification and alcohol awareness certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision.
• Certification in bartending preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches restaurant staff.
• Directs and assigns restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards.
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times.
• Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times

• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision
• Certification in bartending preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally
