Job summary

KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot in Killeen, Texas, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and uphold high service standards, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic environment. As part of KPOT’s growth, you will manage daily operations, train staff for top-tier service, enforce food safety, and coordinate shifts during peak hours, using Toast POS for orders and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
• Toast POS experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and train staff in delivering exceptional customer service and culinary excellence.
• Coordinate shift management to ensure appropriate staffing levels during peak hours.
• Implement food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize Toast POS system for efficient order processing and reporting.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Supervisors are mostly closing managers.
• Supervisors are to cover General Manager days off and to assist the MOD through out the shift/day.
