Job summary

KPOT Sunset Valley is seeking a Restaurant Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations in a fast-paced All-You-Can-Eat Korean BBQ and Hot Pot setting. You will coach team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards across service.

The role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on leadership, and availability evenings and weekends. You will collaborate with the Operations Manager and Franchise Partner to meet KPIs, manage labor, and maintain exceptional hospitality

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years leading full-service restaurant operations.
• Proficient in Toast POS and scheduling software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with P&L management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach FOH team members.
• Lead front-of-house operations during shifts.
• Ensure brand standards and interactive dining model are followed.
• Monitor guest flow and address concerns promptly.
• Communicate with Franchise Partner and Operations Manager on daily operations.
