Job summary

KPOT Arlington, a fast-growing All-You-Can-Eat Korean BBQ and Hot Pot concept, seeks a Restaurant Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations with energy, precision, and hospitality. You will recruit, train, and coach FOH team members, uphold brand standards, and ensure flawless service during busy shifts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years leading full-service restaurant ops, a valid Food Handlers Certification, proficiency with Toast POS, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading full-service restaurant operations
• Must hold a valid State-Mandated Food Handlers Certification
• Proficient with Toast POS and related front-of-house tools
• Strong communication and guest service orientation
• Understanding of P&L and labor costing

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach FOH team members.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings focused on service, upselling, and brand standards.
• Maintain expert knowledge of brand standards, plate presentation, recipe adherence, and procedures.
• Oversee floor operations, shift management, labor targets, and guest interactions.
• Lead all front-of-house operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure consistent execution of KPOT's dining model.
• Monitor table turns, wait times, and guest flow.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Communicate with Franchise Partner on daily operations and performance.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to align on KPIs and compliance.
