Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional experience with four or more years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members in their area of responsibility and consults with management to improve services.
• Follows established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures and upholds standards.
• Communicates using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives and coaches team members.
• May assist in purchasing foods and supplies.
• Maintains presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction levels and reports findings to management.
