The role emphasizes supervising staff, coaching with Smile Plus hospitality imperatives, adherence to policies, possible purchasing duties, and active presence in service areas to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional experience with four or more years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members in their area of responsibility and coordinates with management to improve service.
• Follows Parkhurst and client policies and upholds standards.
• Coaches team members on Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Assists in purchasing foods and supplies.
• Maintains presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction and conveys findings to management.
