Job summary

Roost restaurant is seeking a restaurant supervisor to help run daily operations during scheduled shifts, deploying staff and delegating tasks to ensure a consistent guest experience in line with AURO Hotels standards.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in a restaurant setting, with college degree preferred, and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays while maintaining professionalism and adherence to safety and service policies.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• High School Diploma and/or 2-3 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Acts with integrity and promotes AURO Hotels' culture and mission.
• Maintains calm demeanor during high volume periods to keep operations on standard.
• Anticipates needs by evaluating environment and communicating with the manager.
• Assists with new colleague training and coaching as needed.
