Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support GMs and Supervisor II in daily ops.
• Direct operations when supervisors are not present.
• Enforce company policies and communicate changes to staff.
• Manage cash handling and policies during shifts.
• Drive sales and control labor and food costs during shifts.
• Ensure restaurant is safe and clean for guests and employees.
