Starting Pay Range: $44,000-53,000/yr (non-exempt)

Role Overview

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delighting our guests. You’ll lead and inspire a dynamic team, maintain high service standards, and ensure the restaurant runs efficiently. Your responsibilities include overseeing staff schedules, handling guest feedback, and setting a welcoming and efficient atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff and maintain service levels, demonstrating outstanding guest service skills and recognizing repeat guests.
  • Maintain knowledge of F&B operations, controls, and software updates; communicate policy changes to staff.
  • Ensure operational efficiency by verifying paperwork and inventory controls through communication with all work areas.
  • Demonstrate excellent guest service skills and foster professional rapport with other departments.
  • Train and develop employees in F&B operations, monitor business flow, and coordinate schedules.
  • Assist F&B employees at designated outlets as needed.
  • Monitor inventory of supplies and order as necessary.
  • Assist with Room Service and monitor banquet event schedules.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and service levels.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
  • Previous supervisory and F&B experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and guest service skills.
  • Experience with money handling and basic math skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask; flexible schedule; physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 100 lbs.
