Sonesta Columbus is seeking an energetic Restaurant Supervisor - AM to oversee daily operations across hotel dining outlets. You will lead Food & Beverage teams, ensure excellent guest experiences, and coordinate with culinary and service leaders to maintain quality and efficiency.

The role requires strong guest service, supervisory experience in hospitality, and knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and food safety. Flexible availability across mornings and weekends is preferred.

• Previous restaurant/food & beverage or outlet operations experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality
• Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across hotel outlets (restaurants, bars, lounges) ensuring friendly, efficient service.
• Supervise, coach, and schedule team members to maintain high guest service standards.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and presentation; uphold HACCP and safety guidelines.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, POS operations and staff onboarding.
• Support promotions and guest engagement initiatives to drive revenue and satisfaction.
