Job summary

Sonesta Columbus, OH is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms while delivering warm, welcoming service. You’ll replace linens, towels, and supplies, refresh spaces, and report maintenance issues to ensure guest experiences that feel inviting and special.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, hallways, and assigned areas according to brand standards.
• Replace linens, towels, amenities, and guest supplies; ensure rooms are refreshed and guest-ready.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance needs, and readiness throughout shifts.
• Maintain organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas; report issues promptly.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and assist with service needs throughout the day.
• Follow sanitation standards and hotel safety policies at all times.
• Support special housekeeping assignments, VIP arrivals, and deep cleaning as needed.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping leadership, Front Office, Laundry, and Engineering teams.
