Sonesta Columbus is seeking a full-time Guest Service Representative to warmly welcome guests at check-in/check-out and assist with reservations, billing inquiries, and local information. You will handle payments via PMS/POS, respond to guest needs, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and help ensure smooth operations and memorable stays.

Ideal candidates show strong communication, team collaboration, and a positive, professional attitude, with flexibility for varied shifts
