Job summary

You will supervise team members, train staff, maintain cleanliness and food safety, manage shift duties, and assist with inventory, daily logs and performance feedback to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age with strong communication skills.
• Open availability for both am and pm shifts as assigned by management.
• Ability to obtain certifications for all stations in BOH/FOH unless noted.
• Be dependable and able to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Meet Karalina Enterprises LLC/Little Caesars hiring requirements and background guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs team members to meet service-time goals and accurate orders.
• Assists in preparing high-quality products and trains station responsibilities; emphasizes teamwork.
• Manages shift operations with or without higher leadership present.
• Ensures clean, organized restaurant and enforces food safety priorities.
• Completes financial paperwork, temperature logs, daily inventory, and oversees deliveries.
