As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the receipt and execution of food orders, ensure high-quality dishes are served, and manage the setup of the kitchen and front of house to support seamless operations throughout your shift.

Responsibilities of a Restaurant Shift Supervisor include:
- Support the management team to ensure consistent service standards.
- Maintain brand operational standards and complete daily checklists and cleaning schedules.
- Train team members through effective induction and orientation, ensuring brand standards are upheld.
- Communicate job duties, priorities, and expectations clearly to team members.
- Provide support, guidance, and encouragement to help the team achieve business goals.
- Observe, discuss, and document performance, both good and unacceptable.
- Assist in developing team members' skills and abilities.
- Ensure products meet high-quality standards.
- Oversee cash handling duties.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in the food & beverage industry.
- Experience in full-service and/or quick-service restaurants is preferred.
- Proven ability to resolve challenging situations with clients, customers, peers, and team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
