Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Shift Manager to lead opening/closing duties and assist in daily operations at the Muskegon location. You will oversee customer service, quality, and safety, while stepping in as Ops Leader when needed.

You will train crews, manage cash, and ensure readiness for rush periods, while coordinating with the Restaurant Management team to maintain standards and a safe work environment.

• Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion when resolving customer concerns.
• Strong service focus and teamwork-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures for crew members.
• Act as Cash Manager as needed, including opening and closing cash setup and verification.
• Perform walk-throughs to ensure readiness for opening/closing or rush periods.
• Supervise crew members and Team Trainers to maximize retention and engagement.
• Coordinate and delegate operations tasks ensuring compliance with company policies to delight customers.
• Collaborate with management to meet quality, production and service standards and maintain a safe, professional environment.
• Onboard new hires in Workday.
