Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts in Florida seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the assigned shift, supervise staff, and uphold Omni's service standards. You will ensure timely, courteous guest service while managing daily operations and payroll tasks.

You will forecast weekly and monthly needs, participate in interviews, monitor costs, and enforce liquor liability rules. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage supervision or management.
• Ability to manage deadlines.
• Understanding of Food and Beverage financials including cost and par controls.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.
• Food Handler and TIPS certified.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate assigned shift.
• Manage staff punctuality and scheduling.
• Forecast weekly and monthly and prepare payroll.
• Oversee liquor controls and compliance with Dram Shop laws.
• Handle guest comments and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain dining room condition and assist manager.
• Participate in interviewing new employees.
• Complete other duties assigned by management.
• Cost control and monitor labor costs.
