Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Shift Manager to assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in supervising and coordinating the activities of restaurant workers, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.

You will lead team members at stations, enforce policy, train staff, open and close the restaurant, manage cash deposits, operate the drive‑thru and kitchen equipment, handle deliveries, rotate stock, perform minor repairs, and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists General Manager and Assistant Manager to supervise and coordinate restaurant workers.
• Ensures delivery of excellent customer service by managing daily restaurant operations.
• Directs employees through daily routines and engages customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Manages team leaders and team members on stations, products, processes, and policies.
• Acts as quality control by training staff and enforcing company policy.
• Opens restaurant, sets up cash drawers, and initiates computer operations.
• M —— final deposit of previous night's receipts.
• Operates fryers, broilers and breakfast grills.
• Prepares food and serves customers at counter and drive-thru.
• Receives and stores incoming shipments and rotates stock.
• May perform minor repairs and close restaurant, including deposits and paperwork.
