Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a shift supervisor to manage service flow and direct the work of team members on a shift in Oceanside, CA. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed while leading a high-performing hourly team.

The role includes interview participation and support for employee relations, with a starting hourly rate and benefits package as outlined in the posting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
