Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a dynamic Shift Leader to manage the flow of service, direct the work of team members on a shift, and ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed across all guest interactions. You will coach teammates, enforce standards, and help maintain a fast, friendly dining environment.

Starting Hourly Rate - $20.00 - $24.00
