Job summary

Shake Shack in Indianapolis is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations and guide a team of hourly staff. The role focuses on safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed, with emphasis on building a high‑performing team and supporting operational functions as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
