Job summary

Shake Shack in Westlake, OH is seeking a shift leader to oversee the flow of service, direct the work of team members, and uphold the highest safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed standards on a shift. You will help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members and may assist with purchasing, receiving, inventory, and other operational support functions.

You will participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations, contributing to a positive work environment.

• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
