Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to manage the flow of service, direct the work of hourly Team Members, and uphold safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.

This role may involve interviewing applicants, supporting employee relations, and assisting with operational tasks such as purchasing and inventory. Starting hourly rate is $20.00–$24.00, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
