DiBella's Old Fashioned Submarines, LLC in Ann Arbor is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will supervise the crew during shifts, assist with subs preparation, and handle register duties while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have Valid Driver's License.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to read and interpret the crew handbook.
• Strong multitasking and customer service skills.

Each of member of our crew makes subs. We will teach you how to make a sub, but we need leaders to guide our crews. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you set the example of excellent, friendly, and upbeat customer service, and lead the crew through your shift. For this reason, we look to hire Restaurant Shift Manager with previous restaurant experience who are, fun yet firm when necessary, up-beat, and are leaders that motivate others.

Along with leading the crew, your day to day could include making subs, running the register, cleaning, scheduling, and other shift duties.
