Fourjay/Slims in Thomasville, GA announces a new restaurant opening and seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and uphold food quality, safety, staffing, cleanliness and customer service. This role reports to the general manager and supervisors.

The ideal candidate will coach shift managers and crew, manage schedules, inventories, and maintain company standards. A strong leadership and customer service background is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret memos.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; able to learn others.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach restaurant staff.
• Direct subordinate staff and hold accountable.
• Supervise and help prepare food to brand standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and report issues.
• Ensure opening/closing on time.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
• Follow cash procedures as outlined in the handbook.
• Foster a safe working environment.
• Report hazards to supervisors and Operating Partner as needed.
• Perform admin duties including schedules, orders, inventory, food safety checks, and maintenance requests.
