Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach restaurant staff.
• Direct subordinate staff and hold accountable.
• Supervise and help prepare food to brand standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and report issues.
• Ensure opening/closing on time.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
• Follow cash procedures as outlined in the handbook.
• Foster a safe working environment.
• Report hazards to supervisors and Operating Partner as needed.
• Perform admin duties including schedules, orders, inventory, food safety checks, and maintenance requests.
