Job summary

Huddle House seeks a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, delegate tasks, supervise staff, and resolve on-the-job issues. You will provide excellent customer service and partner with the franchise to support smooth shifts.

The role requires strong communication, leadership and hands-on problem solving, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency across the unit.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with all hourly associates.
• Ability to cover all shifts during the normal operation of the unit.
• Experience in a restaurant environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage each shift and address issues like tardy staff, customer complaints, and deliveries.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction as the top priority.
• Complete daily unit paperwork and inventories to support profitability.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times.
• Enforce brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Represent the company professionally and treat staff with dignity.
• Train staff on POS systems, back-of-house and front-of-house operations.
