Job summary

Huddle House is seeking a Restaurant Server to oversee day-to-day customer service and food service in the restaurant. You will receive food orders and convey them to cook staff, ensuring prompt delivery to customers and maintaining the cleanliness of your serving section.

You will provide excellent customer service at all times and be a strong teammate to our franchise partner, greeting guests, knowing the menu, features, and upselling where appropriate, while following safety and food-handling

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all restaurant staff.
• Some previous restaurant experience preferred.
• “Can do” attitude and willingness to be on shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and friendly welcome.
• Take orders and submit tickets to the kitchen using the POS system.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and maintain cleanliness of the serving area.
• Provide excellent customer service and be a strong teammate to franchise partner.
• Follow safety, food handling, and cash-handling procedures.
