Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during shifts without management. You will supervise a staff of 3–15, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth food preparation and service to drive efficiency and quality.

Candidates should be comfortable handling basic math and physical tasks, with flexibility to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed for business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to use basic math, addition, subtraction, and understand basic fractions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, listen, and see clearly.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all supplies to ensure efficiency and reduce loss.
• Assist in supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food.
