You will lead shift operations, enforce HR/safety policies, and handle cash procedures while maintaining professional appearance and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year of shift management experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Lead crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
