This role emphasizes profitability, safety, and strong guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will manage labor costs, inventory, and daily cash procedures while maintaining professional appearance and enforcing policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.
• Able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Consistent and reliable.
• Cheerful and positive attitude.
• Values teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for all cash during shift including deposits.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standard.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe environment.
