Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager or on‑duty supervisor in Pacolet, SC. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure all activities align with the restaurant’s business plan and that Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform their duties.

You will help maximize sales and profits, uphold company policies, model shared values, and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Team-building and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager and on-duty supervisor with management duties.
