Job summary

Ultipro in Belton, SC is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager and duty Manager in supervising Crew Persons and Team Leaders.

You will help ensure the restaurant runs in line with the business plan, deliver quality service, train staff, manage shift scheduling, and lead operations to meet performance targets.

Strong communication, problem-solving and cash handling skills are essential to maintain daily operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of restaurant management experience/education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team building, investigative and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have a telephone or other reliable method to communicate with the restaurant and be reachable to meet needs.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to implement process improvements.
