Job summary

Ultipro in South Carolina is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager with management activities and duties. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure alignment with the restaurant’s business plan and ensure Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform their duties as described.

You will support efforts to maximize sales, lead shift activities, comply with company policies, and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.

Qualifications

• Must possess approximately two (2) to three (3) years of experience and/or education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of restaurant management.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team building skills.
• Investigative and problem solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to communicate with the restaurant via telephone or other reliable method; open door policy.
