Qualifications

• Interact with the public and co-workers constantly during shifts.
• Able to work in and out of different temperature ranges.
• Capable to stand for long periods of time.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Exhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to hourly staff during scheduled shifts.
• Ensure proper staffing and task delegation according to the schedule.
• Conduct orientation, training and evaluation of crew members.
• Assist at the point of sale with promotions and customer service.
• Ensure guest service meets quality, value and cleanliness standards.
• Handle minor customer complaints and escalate as needed.
• Contribute to restaurant business plans through assigned tasks.
• Ensure timely and accurate cash accountability reports on shifts.
• Perform duties of other non-management positions when required.
