Team Lyders, operating Taco Bell locations in the Mid-West, seeks a part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations and help train and develop team members. You will promote brand standards, lead by example, and foster a positive work environment essential for guest satisfaction.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll help align staffing, inventory, cleanliness, and safety with company procedures while delivering a consistent customer experience during busy shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
