Team Lyders is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations at Taco Bell locations in the Midwest. You will supervise team members, assist with training, and help uphold brand standards while fostering a positive work environment.

The role offers growth opportunities within the franchise and requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to perform under pressure. Weekend and evening availability is often needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assist with administrative duties, including back-office organization.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Manage equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
