Team Lyders is seeking a Shift Leader for part-time roles at our Taco Bell locations. You will support daily restaurant operations, help train and develop team members, and ensure exceptional service for guests.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining company and brand standards while fostering a positive work environment and providing leadership growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.
