Job summary

Team Lyders Payroll Inc, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader (Part-time) to support daily restaurant operations and training. You will help develop team members, uphold brand standards, and foster a positive work environment to drive exceptional guest service.

You’ll play a key role in leadership growth within the company, setting the tone for teamwork and efficiency during shifts. Previous restaurant leadership experience is preferred; weekends and extended shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing core values.
• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience and manage inventory.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and assist with back-office tasks.
