As a Manager II, you will oversee opening, daily, and closing procedures, supervise associates, enforce AB policies, participate in hiring decisions, schedule staffing, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards while

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, understand instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, and converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within the unit.
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol policies and AB procedures.
• Participates in hiring and recommends promotions or terminations to the GM.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, and ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures breaks and meal periods are taken as required.
• Maintains clean, stocked display areas and appealing visuals.
• Verifies equipment is in good working order and handles cash per policies.
• Monitors wellness and safety practices and reports concerns to the GM.
• Performs health and safety activities per guidelines and conducts unit-specific tasks.
• Places orders, receives goods, and processes invoices.
• Keeps contact information for associates up to date.
