Qualifications

• Must be able to perform serving or bartending duties when needed.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems is preferred.
• Food safety and alcohol awareness certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, friendly service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist managers in operations and cover shifts in their absence.
• Follow recipes and correct portioning and sanitation standards.
• Control cash receipts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Support team to maintain health, safety, and labor regulations.
