Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant staff and daily operations. You will provide excellent customer service, assist managers with tasks, and ensure the team maintains high standards of quality and efficiency.

The role requires familiarity with store operations, the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and holidays, and a commitment to a customer-focused culture. Starting pay ranges from $15.70 to $23.33 per hour.

Formación

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
