Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations and support the management team in delivering high-quality guest service. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant operations, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse staff.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays. Starting pay ranges between $15.70 and $23.33 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and weekly pay options.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
